I’m not a celebrity. I’m not an influencer. I’m just someone who writes, eats, and cares deeply about food that’s made with thought and skill.

I stay anonymous — not to be mysterious, but to keep things fair. I want to walk into a restaurant and be treated like anyone else, to taste the food without any special treatment or expectations. That’s the only way I can write honestly about it.

What I post here isn’t driven by algorithms or trends. I’m not chasing likes. Every review comes from a real experience — what was on the plate, how it made me feel, and whether I think it was worth your time.

I don’t write on a schedule. I post when I have something worth saying. I don’t play favorites. Every kind of food has something to say — and I’m here to listen.

You won’t find photos of me here. But you will get my honest take, every time.

Location: Based in Edinburgh, but I travel.
Reviews: Posted when they’re ready, not when the algorithm wants them.
Preferences: None. I’m open to anything made with care.
